Backstage Pass Giveaway – Official Rules
1. Contest Overview
The Backstage Pass Giveaway (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Metal Velvet Coffee Company Ltd.
The Contest provides participants the opportunity to win Metal Velvet Coffee products by engaging with the Metal Velvet Backstage Pass program and participating in related social media activities.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
2. Contest Period
The Contest begins April 3, 2026 and ends April 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST.
Entries submitted after the closing time will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of Metal Velvet Coffee Company Ltd. are not eligible to win.
4. How to Enter
Participants may earn entries using the following methods:

Join the Metal Velvet Backstage Pass by submitting your email address through the official sign-up page.
2 Entries
Follow @metalvelvetcoffee on Instagram.
2 Entries
Share an Instagram Story tagging @metalvelvetcoffee.
3 Entries
Post a photo of your Metal Velvet Backstage Pass experience, tag @metalvelvetcoffee, and include the hashtag #MetalVelvetCoffee.
Maximum 8 entries per participant.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
3 Bags of Metal Velvet 340 g Coffee
1 Metal Velvet Highly Addictive T-shirt
1 Metal Velvet Tote
Approximate retail value: $139 CAD.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the contest period.
The draw will take place within 48 hours of the contest closing.
7. Skill-Testing Question
In accordance with Canadian contest regulations, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be declared the winner.
8. Winner Notification
The selected entrant will be contacted via email or Instagram direct message.
If the selected entrant cannot be contacted within 48 hours, another entrant may be selected.
9. Publicity
By entering the Contest, participants agree that Metal Velvet Coffee Company Ltd. may use submitted photos, social media content, or usernames for promotional purposes related to the Contest without additional compensation.
10. General Conditions
Metal Velvet Coffee Company Ltd. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest in the event of technical issues or circumstances beyond its control.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates the rules or attempts to tamper with the contest process.
11. Privacy
Participant information collected through the Backstage Pass signup will be used solely for the administration of the Contest and for communication related to Metal Velvet Coffee products and promotions.
Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
12. Social Media Disclaimer
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
13. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Contest.
