We put everything into making sure your order is perfect. But if something’s not right, we’ve got your back.


Easy 14-Day Returns

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Gear and merch must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached, if any.

  • Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

Email us at support@metalvelvetcoffee.com with your order number and reason for return.

Heads up: Customers cover return shipping costs, and we can’t accept packages sent without approval.


Damages & Issues

Please check your order right away and let us know if there’s a problem.

  • Coffee & other perishables: Report any damages or incorrect items within 48 hours.

  • Gear & merch: Report issues within 7 days.

We’ll fix the problem quickly with a replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

We can’t accept returns on:

  • Opened coffee or other perishable items

  • Gift cards and sale items

  • Custom or personalized products

Exchanges

Need a different size or product? The quickest way is to place a new order and return the original item. We’ll process your refund once we receive it.


European Union Customers

If your order ships to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll refund you within 10 business days.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved, email us at support@metalvelvetcoffee.com and we’ll sort it out.
