COFFEE WEEK GIVEAWAY

Official Contest Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

1. Sponsor

The Coffee Week Giveaway (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Metal Velvet Coffee Company Ltd. (“Metal Velvet Coffee”).

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins on September 27, 2026 when the official Coffee Week Giveaway post is published and ends on October 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”).

Entries received after the Contest closes will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open to residents of Canada who meet the eligibility requirements described in these Official Contest Rules.

Employees, representatives and agents of Metal Velvet Coffee Company Ltd., and members of their immediate households, are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary.

To receive one eligible entry on Instagram, an entrant must complete all of the following during the Contest Period:

  1. Follow @metalvelvetcoffee on Instagram;

  2. Like the official Coffee Week Giveaway post;

  3. Comment on the official Giveaway post with the two Metal Velvet coffees they would choose if selected as the winner; and

  4. Tag one coffee-loving friend in the same comment.

To receive one eligible entry on Facebook, an entrant must complete all of the following during the Contest Period:

  1. Follow the official Metal Velvet Coffee Company Facebook Page;

  2. Like the official Coffee Week Giveaway post;

  3. Comment on the official Giveaway post with the two Metal Velvet coffees they would choose if selected as the winner; and

  4. Tag one coffee-loving friend in the same comment.

There is a limit of one eligible entry per person, per platform.

An entrant may therefore receive a maximum of two entries total: one through Instagram and one through Facebook.

Multiple comments on the same platform will not result in additional entries.

5. Prize

There is one (1) prize available to be won.

The winner will receive:

  • Two (2) 340g bags of Metal Velvet Coffee, selected by the winner from the coffees available from Metal Velvet Coffee at the time the prize is awarded;

  • One (1) LIVE BOLDLY. ROCK HARDER! T-shirt, in the winner’s selected available size; and

  • Shipping to the winner within Canada.

The coffee has a combined retail value of $54 CAD, the T-shirt has a retail value of $38 CAD, and shipping has an estimated value of approximately $15–$22 CAD, depending on destination.

The total approximate retail value of the prize is up to $114 CAD, including shipping.

The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash. Metal Velvet Coffee reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value if a prize component becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection

After the Contest closes, all eligible Instagram and Facebook entries will be combined into one entry pool.

One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

An entrant who has submitted one valid entry on both Instagram and Facebook will have two entries in the random draw.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

7. Winner Notification and Skill-Testing Question

The potential winner will be contacted only by the official @metalvelvetcoffee account or by Metal Velvet Coffee Company Ltd.

To be declared the winner, the selected entrant must:

  • Meet all eligibility requirements;

  • Have complied with these Official Contest Rules;

  • Correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question; and

  • Provide the information reasonably required to arrange delivery of the prize.

If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, does not respond within 48 hours, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or is otherwise ineligible, they may be disqualified and another potential winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Prize Delivery

Once the winner has been confirmed, Metal Velvet Coffee will contact the winner to obtain their two coffee selections, T-shirt size and the shipping information required to deliver the prize.

The prize will be shipped at no charge to the winner at a valid Canadian delivery address.

Metal Velvet Coffee will make reasonable efforts to deliver the prize promptly following winner confirmation.

9. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to comply with these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of Metal Velvet Coffee regarding administration of the Contest.

Metal Velvet Coffee reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, submitted through automated means, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Contest Rules.

Metal Velvet Coffee also reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend or cancel the Contest if circumstances beyond its reasonable control materially affect the proper administration, security or fairness of the Contest.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected from the winner will be used only as reasonably necessary to administer the Contest, confirm eligibility and deliver the prize, unless the individual separately consents to another use.

11. Instagram, Facebook and Meta Disclaimer

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that Instagram, Facebook and Meta are not responsible for the administration of the Contest or the awarding of the prize.

12. Giveaway Scam Warning

The winner will be contacted only through Metal Velvet Coffee’s official account or directly by Metal Velvet Coffee Company Ltd.

Metal Velvet Coffee will never ask a winner to provide payment, credit-card information or purchase anything in order to claim the prize.

13. Governing Law

The Contest is subject to applicable federal, provincial and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
